This private Transformational Breathwork experience takes place at one of our select locations or via Zoom, allowing you to embark on this immersive journey from the comfort of your home. Our subconscious mind often holds stories that hinder our full potential, affecting our thoughts, feelings, actions, and emotions. In this deeply immersive experience, you'll access your subconscious mind and unravel old patterns that have been holding you back. Together, we'll reprogram these narratives, empowering you to change your story and embark on a life-transforming journey. Guiding you through this profound experience is Amanda, an experienced and compassionate breathwork facilitator. Amanda incorporates intuitive guidance, kindred animal wisdom, reiki to move energy and trapped emotions, and hands-on bodywork for in-person sessions if you're open to it. Each session can be tailored to either Transformational Breathwork or 9D Breathwork, depending on your needs. Before the session, we'll discuss your specific desires and areas you wish to address, creating a customized approach for maximum impact. The session itself lasts approximately 90 minutes, but we kindly request allowing for up to 2 hours to embrace the full depth of this transformational experience. Throughout the journey, Amanda will be your devoted companion, holding space for your growth and guiding you every step of the way. To ensure lasting transformation, Amanda will follow up with you a few days after, either via email or phone, to see what revelations and insights may have surfaced for you after the session. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION CONTRAINDICATIONS 🔴 PLEASE READ!!! It’s crucial to understand breathwork isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. Some of these journey's are not advisable for all individuals— Transformational Breathwork may not be for you if you have the following conditions: Some Cardiovascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, history of aneurysms, epilepsy or history of seizures. Anyone on heavy medication, severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia, bipolar disorder, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, an active addiction. Any person with mental illness who isn't in treatment or lacks adequate support. Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis. This list is not all inclusive and I generally recommend if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed, that you consult a physician before beginning breathwork.
