Letting Go & Moving On: A Two-Part 9D Breathwork Journey
There are moments in life when we find ourselves holding on—whether to pain, old patterns, or a version of ourselves that no longer feels aligned. If you’re feeling stuck, weighed down by the past, or struggling to fully move forward, this journey is for you.
This special two-part experience is designed to support you through the process of letting go with love and stepping into a lighter, freer version of yourself.
Part One: Activation & Release
📅 Monday April 7th | 10 AM - 12 PM
In our first session, we will embark on a powerful, activating breathwork journey to help you release what has been holding you back. Through transformational breath, subconscious healing, and somatic release, we will create space for renewal—shedding the weight of old struggles, limiting beliefs, or unprocessed emotions.

Two Part Event
This ticket includes entry to TWO Breathwork sessions. We will meet April 7th at 10am and again April 21st at 10am. Light snacks are inlcuded on the 21st.
